Riverwest Home Values

Thanks for many well written articles. I have a question about the chart, Riverwest Home Values. Is the chart a sample? Or were there only 15 or so sales in 2001. That seems very low to me. I would have guessed there were 15 sales within 5 to 8 blocks of my house. and many more in what is all of Riverwest.
