Hi RIC members and supporters,

Yes, it's true, we have an accepted offer on our
first house, and now the real work begins.

If there was ever a 'best' time to join RIC, it is now.
The planning for a marketing, membership and fundraising
drive is beginning and needs your input and
involvement. We are seeking ideas and expertise to
fund the development of our new house so that it can
be sold per our mission with profits benefiting all
members.

Special meeting is this Wed., Oct 15th at the YMCA
CDC, 604 E. Center St., 7pm. Hear the existing drive
plans and help make them better! This is truly using
community capital to direct community development - come
be a part of it.

All interested parties are welcome to attend this meeting
of the Riverwest Investment Cooperative.
