Hello RIC Supporters,

As you may know, we are about to close on RIC's first
property, and have met twice this month to prepare and
be ready to move quickly and efficiently once we own
the house.

One major task we have is to raise the necessary capital to
completely remodel the house for resale. This will require
the time and commitment of all of our members and of many
others that members help to bring in.

Please plan to attend the RIC Open House
at Linneman's, 1001 E. Locust
Wednesday, November 19 at 7PM.

Please bring several fellow Riverwest supporters and
stakeholders. We will present our work to date and
will demonstrate the wisdom and the benefits to the
community and to individual investors of becoming a
financially committed member of RIC, particularly in
regards to this first critical project.
