Learn how to establish a Block Watch/Club. Officer Bruce
Scott, 5th District neighborhood liason, will present information and answer questions. If interest grows and Block Watch groups develop, there may be future meetings with speakers and topics of interest to those who want to build a safe community in their neighborhood.
