HOMEBUYER & COMMERCIAL EXPANSION LOAN INFO:
Every Thursday in JUNE at the Riverwest Co-op (Fratney &
Clarke) from 3-6PM. Representatives from the Lincoln Neighborhood Redevelopment Corp. are on hand to provide one-on-one counseling on how to become a first time homebuyer. Be sure to stop in if you're ready to take that first step towards owning your own "home sweet home."

LNRC also provides commercial loan info for current
business owners. LNRC provided a loan to the Riverwest
Co-op for their Cafe expansion project, now under
construction in the attached garage space. Stay tuned for
more info on the Grand Opening in June or July!

5th DISTRICT CRIME REDUCTION MEETING:

The next District Five Crime Reduction Meeting will be
THURSDAY, JUNE 3, 5:30 PM (not June 1)

The meeting will be at The Hillside Resource Center
1452 N. 7 St. (corner of 7th & Cherry )

All residents are invited. FYI - RNA rep attends the
meeting and reports at the monthly RNA meeting.
