The partners of the Riverwest Health Initiative have always felt strongly that meeting neighbors face-to-face is important. That’s why we are out in the neighborhood on a regular basis; participating in community events, attending meetings and even knocking on your door. We have a new Community Outreach Worker who may be on your doorstep soon. Elizabeth Gutierrez will be doing neighborhood outreach, providing information about the Riverwest Health Initiative and other important healthcare resources in the community.
