The theme for this month’s garden is “blanket.” When Jeffrey Sizonen laid out his garden at 919 East Townsend St., he gave over a substantial area to tulips. In the spring, the front yard was blanketed with tulips. Now that we are in high summer, the bulb flowers are done and petunias have taken the spotlight. Relying on purple and white wave petunias, Jeff has spread another blanket of color for his neighbors to enjoy.
