Vince&amp;rsquo;s personal philosophy revolves around the idea to GO. &amp;ldquo;It&amp;rsquo;s not just saying you are going to do things, but actually going and doing them.&amp;rdquo; Since writing the strategic plan for the area, Vince has been active in the Riverwest community.

The Riverwest Neighborhood Association (RNA) has been working toward this mission since 2000 when a group of neighbors began the organization in response to the Neighborhood Strategic Plan (NSP), a neighborhood-generated document created through a project funded by Community Development Block Grants.
